Caitlyn Fraser, OTR/L (she/her)

Hi, I’m Caitlyn!
Empowering You to Thrive with Confidence and Clarity

I’m a mental health occupational therapist passionate about helping people create real, lasting change in their everyday lives. With a background in adaptive education, critical care, physical rehabilitation, memory care, and mental health, I bring a wide lens to the work we do together.

After learning more about my own executive functioning and sensory processing needs later in life, I became deeply invested in helping adults understand their brains and build real-life systems that actually work—whether that means remembering to eat lunch, navigating time blindness, or managing emotional overwhelm.

No matter the OT setting, I’ve learned how crucial it is to meet people where they are—with empathy, insight, and practical tools that truly stick.

Whether we’re mapping out your daily routine, reframing old patterns, or exploring new career directions, my work centers on building strategies that are as flexible and dynamic as you are.

Who I Work With

You might be someone who’s already done some inner work—maybe through traditional mental health therapy, coaching, or your own exploration—and now you’re looking for something more actionable and personalized. You want help turning insight into practical change—getting started, following through, and pacing yourself sustainably.

Maybe you’re navigating executive functioning challenges related to ADHD, Autism, or OCD. (Late diagnosis? You’re not alone!) Perhaps symptoms of Anxiety or Depression are making it difficult to set and maintain personal goals. You may find yourself managing career transitions, navigating relationships, moving through new life milestones—or just trying to keep your home and mind organized.

You want a supportive guide who can help you clarify your goals, co-create systems that work for you, and hold space for both structure and self-compassion. You’re thoughtful, introspective, and motivated to grow—even when it’s hard.  You’re open to testing out new strategies and approaches before throwing in the towel. You appreciate insight, a good sense of humor, and working together as a team. And most of all, you’re ready to move from insight into action.

How We’ll Work Together

Our work together is grounded in the realities of your everyday life. We’ll look at where you’re feeling stuck and build skills that support you in daily routines, relationships, work-life balance, and self-care. Together, we’ll experiment with what actually works for you—not just in theory, but in practice.

I’ll help you:

  • Improve organization, time management, and follow-through
  • Reduce overwhelm and emotional dysregulation
  • Navigate relationship dynamics and effective communication
  • Explore career changes or next steps with clarity
  • Build awareness around spending habits and adjust your budget to match your values
  • Build routines that are sensory-friendly and sustainable
  • Create environments that work with your brain, not against it

You’ll leave with concrete tools and more confidence in your ability to show up for yourself consistently. To be clear, this work isn’t about fixing who you are—it’s about supporting who you already are so that you can live with more ease, clarity, and energy.

If you’re ready to take action—one step at a time—I’d love to support you. Let’s co-create a lifestyle that feels doable, meaningful, and truly yours.
