Hi, I’m Jami!
Starting therapy or occupational therapy can come with a lot of questions, and that’s where I come in. Whether you’re reaching out for the first time, navigating insurance, or sorting through billing, my goal is to make those behind-the-scenes details feel a little less overwhelming. I want every client to feel supported from their very first interaction with Thrive Ahead Co., so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time focusing on yourself.
As part of the Client Care team, I’m here to help guide you through onboarding, answer questions about insurance and billing, and make sure you know what to expect along the way. I know that asking for support is a big step, and I hope our conversations leave you feeling welcomed, informed, and cared for.
A Little About Me
Outside of work, I try to build my life around joy and connection. You’ll often find me making art, doing improv, swimming, going for walks, or spending time with friends. If I weren’t working in client care, I’d probably be a full-time artist, creating jewelry, pottery, or just about anything with my hands.
I’m also unapologetically silly. I believe playfulness helps people feel more comfortable, and I love finding small ways to make others laugh or brighten their day. Whether I’m helping someone navigate paperwork or sharing a lighthearted moment, I hope everyone who connects with Thrive Ahead feels like they’re talking to a real person who genuinely cares.
