Kiley Gregory, RDN (she/her)
My passion for nutrition is rooted in the belief that how we nourish our body has a direct impact on our vitality and overall well-being. I understand that each person is wonderfully unique, which is why I believe in the importance of personalized nutrition counseling that considers your specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle. I recognize that discussing nutrition and personal health can sometimes be intimidating. My primary goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, valued, and understood. I work collaboratively with my clients, offering guidance, motivation, and practical strategies to make long-lasting, sustainable changes. Rather than endorsing restrictive diets, I’m committed to promoting a positive relationship with food. I firmly believe that nourishing your body should be a source of joy and empowerment, not deprivation or guilt.

My expertise has encompassed a diverse range of nutritional fields. I have a substantial background in chronic disease management and prevention, which extends to the intricate realm of oncology nutrition. I have worked closely with individuals facing the challenges of cancer during their treatment and throughout survivorship. I help clients navigate the complex nutritional aspects of their journey, providing support to manage treatment side effects, maintain nutrition status, and improve overall quality of life.
In addition, I have extensive knowledge of and keen interest in performance nutrition, with experience in tailoring dietary strategies to optimize athletic performance and recovery. Whether you’re an elite athlete striving for peak results or simply looking to enhance your fitness journey, I can help you achieve your performance goals while ensuring your nutritional needs are met.
I was born and raised in Louisiana, but I’ve called Chicago my home for about five years now. During my time here, I have really come to love spending time by the lake or at a local park, exploring new neighborhoods, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. I’m a lover of all things outdoors, whether that be climbing, hiking, biking, kayaking, yoga- you name it, I’ll try it! While I’m always on the lookout for the next new adventure, what truly fills my life with the most meaning is spending time with loved ones. My ideal evening includes my favorite people, good food, and lots of laughs.
